Responsible for planning and construction acceptance of new energy motor and inverter plant;

负责新能源电机及控制器工厂策划及工厂建设验收；

Responsible for new energy motor and inverter process development, including production process design, product line planning, logistics planning, informatization planning, production equipment planning, and equipment selection, procurement and acceptance;

负责新能源电机及控制器的工艺开发，包括生产工艺设计、生产线规划、物流规划、信息化规划、生产设备规划、设 备选型采购验收等；

Responsible for the production of auxiliary equipment, the design and planning of volume accessories and procurement;

负责生产辅助设备、量辅具的设计规划及选型采购；

Responsible for inspection conditions planning of new energy motor and inverter, the design implementation of the inspection plan;

负责新能源电机及控制器的交检条件策划、交检方案的设计实施；

Responsible for the new factory production and after-sale quality problem analysis and resolution;

负责新工厂生产及售后质量问题分析解决；

Responsible for the quality improvement of the new plant and production efficiency, production cost reduction;

负责新工厂的质量提升、生产效率提升、生产成本降低改进；

Responsible for the quality audit and quality analysis of parts of motor and inverter purchased from suppliers;

负责电机及控制器产品外购零部件的质量审核、质量问题分析指导；
