Responsibilities:

l Responsible for the development planning (validation and evaluation ability, professional depth research, basic knowledge research, common problem solving etc.) of core technology field (including new energy layout)

l Responsible for developing the specification and process of general layout

l Responsible for the ability construction of general layout team

l Responsible for the check and rectification suggestions for various project schemes of commercial vehicle

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Over 15 years work experience in related field of automotive field, with at least 8 years general layout work experience in world famous enterprises

3. Lead and complete the general layout design and development for at least 3 vehicle models

4. Familiar with general layout development process, have general layout system construction experience

Annual Work Task:

1. Benchmarking analyze the gap between Changan vehicle general layout and other advanced car makers

2. Develop the future 3-5 years development route, organization setup, top level design, and ability promotion path for general layout of commercial vehicle institute

3. Check the technical scheme of current search projects in commercial vehicle institute as well as provide solutions

4. Research and apply the bottleneck problems, common problems and basic plates during general layout development
