Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the improvement planning for body-in-white precision control ability

2. Guide to establish BIW precision, appearance control specifications for new product development

3. Guide to conduct quality control work during welding process, and establish relevant specifications

Qualifications:

1. Degree: Phd

2. Seniority: With over 15 years relevant experience

3. Project experience:

l Led more than 2 complete vehicle projects’ BIW precision and appearance work, and that model expert led have sold more than 200,000 a year

l Have depth understanding of vehicle body quality & welding process, with body parts tolerance distribution ability, have participated in PCF, UCF matching work

l With more than 10 years complete vehicle welding production line and fixture process design & debugging ability
