Responsibilities:

1. Plan the development direction and path for company’s color engineering development, promote technology updating

2. Build and maintain company’s color resource pool, build specifications in the area of color and styling matching, color simulation, color engineering development etc.

3. Organize and develop color engineering development training, to enhance process staff’s color engineering development ability

4. In charge of new model project new color development work, including color and styling matching, color simulation, color engineering development etc.

5. Lead the painting color engineering troubleshooting and rectification in project, establish preventive measures

Annual Work Task:

1. Benchmark and analyze the car body color gap between company and other mainstream OEMs

2. Provide body color technical path and measure scheme that reached global  advanced level

3. Lead models like S401, C211, C212, S111 etc. to reach domestic leading level

4. Optimize new color development process, shortening the color development cycle

Qualifications:

1. Degree: Master or above

2. Seniority: With over 10 years experience in OEM company, engaged in color engineering development and design work over 8 years

3. Project experience: Familiar with color simulation process elements, involved in color simulation analysis project and worked in color simulation technology field for over 5 years

4. Ability：Able to use color simulation analysis software to conduct color and styling matching, color simulation and other simulation analysis work
