Mask design (Panel)

Responsibilities:

1. Research and develop kinds of new pixel compensation circuits

2. Research and develop kinds of new driving models

3. Design and develop kinds of new display panels

4. Design array mask  

Qualifications:

1. M.S. or above in semi-conductor physics, micro-electronics, optic-electronics and integrated circuits (IC) etc.

2. More than 3-year experiences on LCD and OLED array design, familiar with semi-conductor device and optic-electronics device theory

3. Good at MOS IC design principle and innovation, have experiences on innovation development

4. Familiar with simulation and parameter extraction software such as HSpice, SmartSpice, UTMOST etc., layout software such as Laker, JEDAT, Empyrean etc., and verification software such as DRC, LVS, LVL etc.

5. Good English ability and PM experience on related project is a plus
