Responsibilities:

1. Manage new types of synthesis of semiconductor materials

2. Manage new types of synthesis of luminescent materials

Qualifications:

1. M.S. or above in organic chemistry, material chemistry, high polymer material, nanometer material and related area

2. Participate in synthesis of electro luminescent materials and characterization testing

3. Experiences and ability on material manufacture, analysis of characterization and structure, good learning and self-driven ability, good at searching for patents and papers, ability on analysis and summarizing experimental data. Willing to challenge difficult work and innovation, able to get new solution plan based on analysis during work

4. Able to read papers in foreign languages, good oral ability in English
