1. Manage New Material Research Department, set up structure of the department, design and optimize the work responsibilities of each position based on the target and key points of  annual work

2. Set up department’s guideline, target and main work based on group’s guideline, target and main work, fulfil to each employee and setup numerical target and expectation

Qualifications:

1. M.S. or above in organic chemistry, material chemistry, high polymer material, nanometer material and related area

2. Participate in synthesis of electro luminescent materials and characterization testing

3. Experiences and abilities on material manufacture, analysis of characterization and structure, good learning and self-driven ability, good at searching for patents and papers, ability on analysis and summarize experimental data. Willing to challenge difficult work and innovation, able to get new solution plan based on analysis during work

4. Able to read papers in foreign languages, good oral ability in English
