Responsibilities:

1. Process optimization on inorganic semi-conductor device

2. Device development based on new inorganic semi-conductor material

3. Leading the development of design and process on thin-film sensor device

4. Leading the development of thin-film battery device

5. Flexible related process development

Qualifications:

1. M.S. or above in semi-conductor, optic-electronics, physics, etc.

2. More than 2-year experiences on array back panel development

3. English skill on reading and writing, good ability in innovation, able to communicate well and work under pressure

4. Familiar with semi-conductor related physics theory, good at MOS principle or having experiences on thin-film device development is a plus
