Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for benchmarking the advanced steering technology, the coaching/mentoring of the engineers.

2. Responsible for establishing the steering developing plan.

3. Responsible for the advanced technology R&D.

4. New technology R&D in steering.

Qualifications：

1. Knowing well the latest EPS technology in research or pre-research

2. More than 15 years working experience

3. Chief engineer or leading person of EPS advance technology from benchmarking companies.

European, American, Korean or Japanese benchmarking companies.
