Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for the overall technical confirmation of EPS test design, test equipment set-up and the laboratory planning, the coaching/mentoring of the engineers.

2. Write the guidance documents to define EPS test standards and test procedure, etc.

3. Responsible for all the tests including EPS system, assembly and components, test data analysis and test report accomplishment.

Qualifications：

1. Knowing well the test design and standards

2. More than 15 years working experience

3. Chief engineer or leading person of EPS tests from Korean or Japanese benchmarking companies: JTEKT, NSK, Mando, Mobis, etc.
