Targets：JTEKT, NSK, Mando, Mobis, etc.

Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for the overall technical confirmation in the process development, the coaching/mentoring of the engineers.

2. The overall planning for EPS factory.

3. EPS production line planning and design.

4. Write the related guidance documents in EPS process development.

Qualifications：

1. Knowing well the process planning and standards

2. More than 15 years working experience

3. Chief engineer or leading person of EPS process R&D from Korean or Japanese benchmarking companies: JTEKT, NSK, Mando, Mobis, etc..
