Responsibilities：

1. During EPS project development, responsible for the overall technical confirmation, technical support, technical correction (product development, test validation, process development, supplier development), the general team coaching/mentoring.   

2. Systematic guidance for EPS R&D.  

3. Define EPS functions and future function planning  

4. Present the detailed technical requirements: EPS system and components.

5. All the EPS developing job assignment.

Qualifications：

1. An established reputation in vehicle industry

2. Chief engineer or leading person of EPS technical R&D from European or American benchmarking companies: TRW, ZF, ThyssenKrupp, etc.
