负责电子驱动桥（eAD）或 EV 控制器 TCU，传感器，换挡电机等电子硬件的设计与开发

Responsible for design and development of eAD or EV controller TCU, sensors, shift motor and other electrical HW

负责对电子硬件设计要求的提出，制定电器件技术规范，图纸设计指导，图纸的确认批准

Responsible for raising design requirement for electrical HW, setting technical specification for electrical components, directing drawing design and confirming and approving of the drawings

负责电子硬件开发过程技术问题的解决与供应商技术沟通，技术状态的确认，对供应商提供的文件以及图纸进行审核Responsible for problem solutions during electrical HW development, technical communication with supplier, confirmation of technical status, and review on files and drawings given by supplier

负责电子硬件测试规范的编制，测试验证，自主搭建电器件功能和性能试验台

Responsible for compiling of electrical HW test specification, test verifying, setting up of bench for electrical components’ function and performance

负责对员工进行指导和培训，OJT 指导，提升设计能力，自主设计团队人员培养

Responsible for guidance and training for employees, OJT guidance to improve design capability and foster design team members
