负责定义 eAD 或 EV 软件的功能需求，与液压和电控模块的供应商沟通交流，分析审核机械、液压和电控模块规格书Responsible for function requirement of eAD or EV SW, communication with hydraulic or electrical controller supplier, analysis and review on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical controls specification

负责液压执行器的控制，挡位同步策略，换挡自适应和自学习，避免跳挡和错误挡位同步的安全程序的开发Responsible for control of hydraulic controller, gear synchronization strategy, gear adaption reference and safe program development such as to avoid gear jumping out and wrong gear synchronization

负责独立策划和执行仿真环境下的功能试验，在试验台架和整车上进行试验和功能验证， 独立评审测量和试验结果Responsible for planning and executing independently function test under simulation environment, operating test and function validation in test bench and vehicle, reviewing independently results of measurement and tests

负责试制和量产 ACU 的软件集成，编制功能算法文件，准备标定说明，支持标定团队，并对新开发的软件特征进行 测试 ,负责电控底层软件开发

Responsible for ACU SW integration from mule phase to SOP level, compiling of function algorithm files, preparation of calibration instruction, supporting to calibration team, test on SW features in newly developed SW, development of BSW of electrical controlling

负责对员工进行指导和培训，OJT 指导，提升设计能力

Responsible for guidance and training for employees, OJT guidance to improve design ability

参与电驱动后桥设计团队的组建工作
