在长城汽车整车开发战略的制定、研讨过程中提供必要的建议及信息保证长城汽车稳步快速发展

Providing necessary suggestions and information to ensure Great Wall Motor develop stably and rapidly during the setting up and discussing process of the vehicle development strategy;

参与长城汽车传动模块的战略规划，促进传动模块的发展，促进长城汽车的目标达成

Participating the strategy plan of Great Wall Motor Transmission Module, promoting the development of Transmission Module and the achievement of Great Wall Motor;

负责组织贯彻执行上级的发展战略、方针、法规、规范、技术标准等不断提高技术水平及开发质量

Responsible for organizing and executing leaders’development strategy，policy, rule, specification and technical standard to improve the technical level and development quality continually

负责传动研究院的新能源传动系统的技术开发与技术管理工作，负责整个产品开发过程中的 QCT(概念设计、详细设计、试制、试验) 不断推进传动研究院的技术进步

Responsible for technical development and management of Transmission Research Institute New energy drive system, and responsible for concept design, detail design, trial production, test of the whole develop process

组织制定传动研究院新能源传动系统的长远及近期技术发展规划，推广应用“新技术、新工艺、新材料、新工具、新方法”，制定产品、技术升级实施计划，负责质量管理的技术业务指导。根据公司发展需要制定新产品、新技术的预研开发计划并实施

Organizing and setting up the long term and short term technical development plan of new energy drive system, spreading and applying new technology, new process, new material, new tools, new methods, setting up plan of product and technical updating, responsible for technical direction of quality management
