负责电子驱动桥（eAD）或 EV 控制器 TCU，传感器，换挡电机等电子硬件的设计与开发

Be responsible for design and develop of electrical parts, such as eAD or EV controller TCU, sensor, shifting motor

负责对电子硬件设计要求的提出，制定电器件技术规范，图纸设计指导，图纸的确认批准

Be responsible for providing electronic hardware requirement, establishment of electronic parts technical specification, guiding drawing design and approval

负责电子硬件开发过程技术问题的解决与供应商技术沟通，技术状态的确认，对供应商提供的文件以及图纸进行审核 Be responsible for technical problems solving and technical communication with suppliers, technical status confirmation, audit the documents and drawings provided by suppliers

负责电子硬件测试规范的编制，测试验证，自主搭建电器件功能和性能试验台

Be responsible for establishment of electronic parts test specification, test verification, establishment of electronic parts function and performance test bench

负责对员工进行指导和培训，OJT 指导，提升设计能力，自主设计团队人员培养

Be responsible for guiding and training the engineers, OJT instruction, design capability improvement, design team training

负责电子硬件设计标准的建立，设计菜谱或设计手册的编制

Be responsible for the establishment of electronic parts standard, design recipe or design brochure

设计控制器电路原理图和 PCB，搭建电磁阀、电机、自动测试台控制器

To design controller circuit schematic and PCB, establishment of solenoid, motor, automatic test bench controller
