Seat Deputy Chief Engineer

Work Location：Baoding city, Hebei province, China

Salary：Negotiable

Department：Seat Product R&D

Target: Johnson Control, Faurecia，Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Hyundai

Responsibilities:

1. Define seat product scope, guide to build whole seat design and development plan

2. Guide to build seat product design matrix

3. Vehicle layout specification

4. Guide whole seat design process, creating entire seat checking criteria for structure, motion, safety, comfort and others, participate in the assessment, propose correction opinions for product design & process problems occurred in the whole seat checking and assessment process

5. Comfort evaluation research, and standards conversion

6. Requirements specifications of product subsystem layout

7. Product design

8. Guide technical staff of entire seat system to improve professional skills

9. Development and optimization for entire seat system verification test specifications

10. Problem solving for entire seat system key comprehensive problems

Qualifications:

1. Degree: Bachelor or above

2. Major: vehicle engineering, mechanical design or other related majors

3. Seniority: With over 10 years seat technical working experience, strong  organization and coordination ability, age above 40

4. Skills Requirements

A Necessary：Talent training, problem solving and improvement, teamwork and communication

B Professional skills：

① Able to handle synergic relationship between whole seat system and other systems, able to solve field or test emergencies independently

② With solid car seat system design, matching and component production theoretical basis and practical experience, with the ability to analyze and rectification site technical quality issues

③ 能够协助知识积累工作进行标准的建立以及评审工作。

Able to assist accumulation of knowledge to establish standards, and assessment

C Tools：

CAD：skilled in use of tools like CAD CATIA V5 to finish digital analogy and drawing

GDT&T：Apply it to process design

DFMEA：Familiar with failure modes and failure mechanism in product design and manufacturing process , and able to propose appropriate prevention programs

Special Product Characteristic: Able to completely identify and decompose product characteristics, ensure the control focus in product industrialization process . With prevention review ability for whole seat design phase, development phase, validation phase, and analysis, countermeasures, rectification ability after problem occurred
