能够依据电机控制器电路板制定电路板制造工艺流程图，并根据工艺流程设计生产线方案，并绘制布局图 Tocreatemanufacturingprocessaccordingtomotorcontrollercircuitboardandmakeproductionline proposalaccordingtoprocess.Drawcorrespondingdrawings

主导编写作业指导，PFMEA，APQP，SPC 等相关文件 ToleadthedocumentationofOperationInstruction,PFMEA,APQP,SPC,etc.

计算线平衡，对生产线的瓶颈工序进行持续改善，推进精益生产 Tobalancethelineandimprovethebottleneckofproductionlineandpushonleanmanufacturing

能够熟练使用 CAD，UG 等绘图软件，设计并绘制工装图纸

ProficientinCAD,UGanddesignanddrawthetoolingdrawings
