YOUR TASKS: 您的任务

Ø 负责汽车电力驱动系统中的电机、电机控制器测试、试验验证工作 Responsiblefortestingandvalidationofthemotorandinverter

Ø 负责培养长城在测试、试验验证的能力，给员工进行培训和指导 ResponsibleforimprovingtestandvalidationcapabilityinGWM,trainandguidetheengineersintheir work

Ø 负责收集标杆公司电机、控制器测试的前沿技术 Responsibleforcollectingthelatesttestingtechnologyofthemotorandinverter

Ø 参与供应商选定，负责供应商技术方案审核Responsibleforthedeterminationandselectionofmajorsuppliers;examineandevaluatethesupplier’s

technicalsolutions.

Ø 参与供应商技术考察及驱动系统集成设计 Responsibleforvisitingsuppliersandintegrationdesignofthepowertrain

Ø 负责电机设计及试制、标定、生产、测试过程中技术问题解决 Responsibleforsolvingtechnicalproblemsinmotordesign,manufacture,calibrationandtest

Ø 参与电机项目团队建设
