Ø 负责驱动系统中控制器硬件的设计方法，流程和测试、验证工作 ResponsibleforinverterHWdesign,themethod,processandtest&validation

Ø 负责通过对标先进的公司，收集电驱动系统和电机控制器方面的先进的技术资料 Responsibleforcollectingthelatestinfoofthee-driveandinverterbybenchmarkingleadingcompanies,

Ø 负责解决电机控制系统设计流程，试制，制造和测试方面的技术问题 Responsiblefore-drivesystemdesignprocess,trialproduction,manufactureandtestrelatedtechnical issues

Ø 负责控制器硬件性能改进的研发工作，并识别先进的技术发展趋势 ResponsibleforinverterHWperformanceimprovementandidentifythemostadvancedtechnical developmenttrend

Ø 负责制定并实施针对技术员工的能力，测试设备的建立和研发方向的短期和长期计划 Responsibleformakingandimplementingshort-termandlong-termplansforimprovingstaffcapability andbuildinguptestlabanddecideR&Ddirection
