负责制定产品短期和长期的研发计划及里程碑

Determineproductdevelopmentandresearchplanandmilestoneforbothshorttermandlongterm

负责提供开发方向并指导项目组的所有开发活动，如：控制器硬件，电机控制软件，高压功率电子的设计，先进的控制算法和仿真，设计验证和开发验证测试等 ProvideproductdevelopmentdirectionandguideallthedevelopmentactivityintheDept:inverterHW,

工作年限及资历：10 年以上的电驱动系统开发和制造的领导经验，在新能源电机/控制排名前 5 的企业（电装、日立、博世、大陆、麦格纳）担任过电机控制系统高级技术总监职位的外籍技术专家 Morethan10yearsworkingexperiencesinmotorsystemdevelopmentandmanufacture.foreignexpert whoworkedasseniortechnicaldirectorintheleading5newenergymotorandinvertercompanies(Denso, Hitachi,Bosch,Conti,Magna)prevails.
