Project Chief Executive Engineer

Work Location: Baoding city, Hebei province, China

Salary: Negotiable

Project: eAD design

Targets: Hoffer, GKN, BMW, Magna, Toyota, Nissan

Responsibilities:

1. Hold the post of EAD project chief executive engineer， completely responsible the project Q/C/T manage and related decision,and responsibility for the Q/C/T result.

2. Responsible for deciding the product develop project,approving the 2D drawing and technique project,and establishing standard(including design standard、test standard )

3. Responsible for import advanced  product develop 、management experience and manage process（manage tool，manage method，manage idea） from other benchmark company. Apply in our company,promote EAD project reach the QCT target.

4. Responsible train and guide our engineer,improving design ability.

Ability and Experience Requirements:

Must：

1. Engaged in AT or CVT transmission design and product develop more than 15 years, engaged in EV/PHEV gearbox, EAD design more than 5 years.  

2. Have the ability to lead and guide the team, excellent organize ability and  interpersonal skills.

Want：

1. Have EV/PHEV 2-speed gearbox develop experience;

2. OEMs or suppliers；
