Channel Development Manager

Work Location：Baoding city, Hebei province, China

Salary：Negotiable

Direction：Channel planning and operation

Targets：Toyota（including Lexus, Infiniti, Acura），Hyundai,VW

Performance Target

1. Brand dealer network development, to achieve the basic national network coverage

2. Consistency between brand channel terminal image and company requirements

3. Dealer operational quality assessment

Responsibility：

1. According to new brand and product positioning, establish and execute national dealer network development plan

2. Assist to conduct new brand channel terminal image design, and guarantee the consistency between dealer’s channel image and company’s requirements

3. Develop and update dealer channel sales and service process, improve operation quality

4. Responsible for dealer daily operation quality assessment, and develop improvement plan

Qualification：

1. Degree：Bachelor or above；

2. Major：automotive, management, marketing or other relevant majors

3. Seniority：With over 10 years experience in mainstream or luxury car OEM company, served as channel development and operation leadership

4. Ability

a. With data analysis ability in channel planning(including Network layout, quantity and level) area；

b. With Strong business communication and negotiation ability；

c. With basic English communication skill；

d. Agree with the company's corporate culture, willing to accept new challenges
