Responsibilities:

l Plan and establish the development process, mechanism of reading lamp and small lamp products; determine the technical route and development trend

l Plan and establish the development process, mechanism of atmosphere lamp products; determine the technical route and development trend

l Build the structure design team members of reading lamp, small lamp, and atmosphere lamps, coordinate optical engineers and electrical engineers to complete the project design work

l Responsible for DFMEA, structural analog design, RP parts make, DV, and problem rectification during trial production

Qualifications：

1. Bachelor Degree or above, over 5 years work experience in interior lamp design, work in Hella Headquarters in Germany

2. Lead and involved in design of reading lamp, small lamp and atmosphere lamp for over 3 vehicle models

3. Have a deep research in conductive rubber, microswitch, touch switch technology

4. Have a rich project experience in mold development, material selection, atmosphere lamp light guide materials, and atmosphere lamp ambience design

5. Have a deep research in future technology development trend of reading lamp, small lamp and atmosphere lamp
