Senior Exterior/Interior Automotive Designers

Work Location: Chongqing, Italy, Japan

Salary：Negotiable

Qualification:

1. With minimum 10 years work experience in an exterior/interior design department of a global OEM company with significant experience of production and advance design programs.

2. High level of creativity and capacity to express ideas through both free hand and computer sketch/rendering (ie Photoshop etc).

3. Hands on experience with 3D physical models (full and scale models) as well as virtual models.

4. Must have in-depth technical knowledge of prototyping, manufacturing and assembly processes.

5. Must understand the fundamental differences in design and engineering of premium cars.

6. Must have demonstrated an ability to deliver successful designs under tight timing constraints and provide examples of such scenarios throughout career.

7. Must be self-motivated and able to manage multiple parallel-path projects.

8. Excellent at creating and maintaining cross-functional working relationships.

9. Strategic thinker, well organized and flexible with an open mind and willingness to learn more.

10. Strong communication skills in English, flexibility and problem-solving skills and the ability to work well as part of an international team.

11. Preference will be given to designers who have good knowledge of Eastern culture and customer expectations/behaviors.

12. A Bachelors Degree or higher in Industrial or Product Design.

13. Less experience can be considered as Junior.
