Chassis System NVH Expert

Work Location：Baoding city, Hebei province, China

Salary：Negotiable

Targets: ZF、HONDA、TOYOTA、DANA、BENZ、BMW、Nissan etc.

Responsibilities：

1. Be responsible to set chassis system NVH level goal and NVH process control and design development, and master the NVH goal standard and control method;

2. Be able to judge the noise performance and sound source as well as transmitting path. Be responsible for coordination of chassis and vehicle, interior trimming NVH performance. Experienced in practice of solution of NVH and establishment of standard;

3. Be responsible for deep analysis of sound source parts structure and its technology. With the knowledge and experience of vibration noise, to cooperate with the engineers of other fields, in order to provide foundation, method, scheme or criterion;  

4. Be responsible to analyze and solve the problem of chassis NVH system (brake system, suspension system, drive system, steering system) ;

5. Be responsible to constitute NVH team, and tutor technician for NVH professional improvement；

6. Be responsible for the establishment of chassis NVH system test validation criterion and evaluation standard.

Qualifications：

1. Educational background：College and above;                                                                     

2. Major: vehicle project, mechanical design, and related majors;                                              

3. Work experience and capability:  more than 10 years experience in vehicle NVH; good capability of organization and coordination, more than 40 years old;                                     

4. Skill requirements：                                                                   

A Essential capabilities: technician training, problem solution and improvement, team work and communication, knowledge management;

B Professional Skills：  

① Be able to coordinate the performance of chassis NVH system and that of other system, to handle emergency of field test independently;  

② Knowledge of theory and practice in vehicle design, matching and parts production. Capability of analysis and conclusion of field quality.  

③ Be quick to response to after-sale problem, and provide technical support to suppliers,  be able to censor and validate the plan and follow-up scheme of suppliers.
