Chassis Drivetrain design Expert

Work Location：Baoding city, Hebei province, China

Salary：Negotiable

Targets: ZF、HONDA、TOYOTA、AISIN、AAM、GM、Nissan etc.

Responsibilities：

1. Be responsible for matching of drive system performance and final drive with CBU vehicle matching test standard;

2. Be responsible for final drive design (e.g. driving and driven gear, aluminum drive shell) development according to development object;

3. Be responsible for research of final drive new technology and matching technology as well as matching flow, foundation of criterion ( driving, driven gear and their accessory parts, matching flow and criterion, experienced in lightweight advanced technology) ;

4. Be responsible for analysis and solution of systemic problems (final drive noise, gasoline leakage, capability of accessory parts, light weight, etc.);

5. Track the drive system law( final drive, transaxle assembly and analysis of adaptability;

6. To tutor technician for quick improvement；

7. Be responsible for establishment and optimization of test validation criterion;

Qualifications：

1. Educational background：Junior college and above;                                                                     

2. Major: vehicle project, mechanical design, and related majors;                                                  

3. Work experience and qualification: more than 10 years in vehicle drive field, good organization and coordination capability, more than 45 years old;

A Essential Abilities: members cultivation, problems solving and improving, team cooperation and communication;

B Professional Skills:                                                                      

① Be able to handle the relation among final drive assembly, transaxle design and  other systems, to solve the field and test emergency independently;    

② Knowledge of theory and practice of vehicle drive system design, matching and parts production; Capability of analysis and improvement of field technology quality problem;

③ Be able to assist the quality department to analyze and modify after-sale problem, provide technology quality support, and censor and validate the plan and follow-up scheme of suppliers
