Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for develop overall design roadmap for brake caliper engineering/process(machining/assembly process, logistics, automation, storage, etc.)

2. Responsible for the review and guide of brake caliper product digital analogy（manufacturability, process realizability, new process application, etc.）

3. According to product technical requirements, standardize process parameters and standard requirements(process parameters, testing standards, technical specifications, etc.)

4. Responsible for machining/assembly line design scheme review（equipment assurance capability assessment, equipment design defect recognition）

5. Establish professional knowledge standard

Qualifications：

1. Degree：Bachelor or above；                                                         

2. Major：Vehicle engineering, mechanical design or other relevant majors；                                                     

3. Seniority：with over 15 year brake caliper process technical experience(prefer candidates familiar with EPB product process), with strong organization and coordination capacity, age above 40                                                                         

4. Skills：                                                                     

A Necessary skills：Talent training, problem solving and improvement, teamwork and communication, resource management

B Post Skills：  

  ① Familiar with domestic and international high-end development trend of EPB brake caliper process, master the advanced concept of machining/assembly process, and able to establish process routing

  ② Able to coordinate machining and assembly process system, as well as synergies with other systems, able to solve difficult process problems independently

  ③ With solid brake caliper machining/assembly process system design, matching and parts production theoretical basis and practical experience 

  ④ With advanced automated warehousing, logistics distribution and mistake proofing concept, with extensive experience in plant logistics science planning

  ⑤ Skilled in the use of hand-drawing, to explain the technical problems intuitive, clear and easy to understand.

C Tools：

  CAD：Skilled in the use of CAD commands, able to skillfully draw process layout , proficient in CATIA V5 (or UG) and AutoCAD2006

   FMEA：Familiar with the failure modes and failure mechanism during product design and manufacturing process, able to propose appropriate prevention programs
