Performance Target

1. Mold direct material cost reduce 10%

2. Structure review coincidence rate over 80%

3. 100% resolve the technological breakthrough problems such as headlights bicolor mold atomize and crack, sprue gate white dot, product jetting etc. (actual performance should according to the agreement in contract)

Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for training and guide design staff, instill the latest ideas of lamp mold design, improve design methods, guide designers improve design capability quickly

2. Opening mold feasibility analysis for all kinds of lamp products, and make relevant feasibility solutions, communicate with customers

3. Review of lamp products mold design, propose solutions against problems, to eliminate problems in digital analogy stage

4. Communication and cooperation with other departments to ensure proceed the follow-up mold processing and mold modify work smoothly

5. After mold T0, propose relevant optimization methods against existing mold design problems

6. Responsible for supporting the development and promotion of new technologies

7. Guide the design staff regarding to design process, to ensure the stability of mold structure, solve mold difficult problems, control mold testing times within the target

Qualifications：

1. Expat：Japanese or German

2. Degree：Bachelor or above, with professional qualification

3. Major：Mold design and manufacturing, mechanical design or other relevant majors 

4. Seniority：With over 10 years mold development experience, age above 40

5. Skill requirements：

A、Necessary skills：Talent training, problem solving and improvement, teamwork and communication, resource management

B、Post skills：

① Able to guide the design staff regarding to design process, to ensure the stability of mold structure, solve mold difficult problems, solve field problems (silver streak, jetting,  texture color difference)

② Mater new technologies of headlight, such as bicolor, thick-wall molding, etc. Able to guide deisign staff complete new mold development

③Able to analyze and propose reform programs to problems occurred in mass production/in process mold

mass production in the system and mold problems are C、Tool skills：

① Skilled in the use of CAD、UG、Catia etc. 

②Analysis Software：Proficient in analysis software-MOLDFLOW, evaluate product defects post molding, and propose appropriate countermeasures against product and mold

③DFMEA：Familiar with failure modes and failure mechanisms in injection mold design and manufacturing process, able to propose appropriate prevention programs

④A3 Establishment：proficient in the use of A3 thinking, to solve mold design and manufacturing problems
