 Employed as a technology expert of GWM E-motor Project, being charge of but not limed to CAE project. As a member of expert team, participating in the main responsibility to collect benchmarking company CAE cutting-edge technology, confirm the review of the project crucial milestone, solve the knotty problem , train and build up the technology team.

Job description:

1. Mainly responsible for supporting engineering development and implementing dynamic design, mechanic design, thermal design and vibration and noise analysis. Being able to design the rotation motor of hybrid electric vehicle combined with CAD tools.

2. Being in charge of finite element analysis of power electronic drive and electric drive components and devices and static and transitory thermal FEA analysis of electronic gear-box for engine and hybrid electric vehicle.

3. Responsible for designing mechanic components and interface of hybrid electric system, implementing NVH analysis and product improvement, handling with digital signal to be used in time domain and frequency mode analysis, including hammering and shaking model test; Making FEA mode analysis of component and device.

4. Responsible for conceive test plan including test standards, sample copy, review the test results and modify the design. 

5. Searching new technology and analyze new advanced analysis program to improve product simulation analysis; communicating with project engineers and external customers; putting forward technical report and modification plan.
