Performance Targets:

1. Establish the analysis manual of engine NVH

2. Solve the reasons of simulation calculation and trial test corresponding differential, also solve the specific issues

Responsibilities:

l Responsible for the calculation and checking of engine various incentives 

l Responsible for the calculation and checking of engine multi-body dynamics

l Responsible for the calculation and checking of engine NVH

l Responsible for developing engine NVH analysis process and specifications

l Responsible for cause analysis of NVH problems and solve the problems

l Guide the technical engineers to improve their engine simulation analysis ability
