Performance Targets:

1. Establish the development standard of cooling and lubrication 

2. Solve the specific problems during design and development 

Responsibilities:

l Responsible for the performance matching of engine cooling and lubrication system (engine heat release, quantity of circulating water, quantity of circulating oil etc.)

l Responsible for proposing the matching parameters of cooling and lubrication system according to development targets (water pump flow and head, thermostat opening temperature, oil pump flow etc.)

l Responsible for new technology research, matching technology research and the development of matching process and specification for cooling and lubrication system (the development, matching process and specification of cooling and lubrication system and its components, have a certain understanding in cutting edge technology of cooling and lubrication system)

l Responsible for leading the causes analysis of systematic problems in this field and solving them ( high water temperature, low oil pressure, oil dilution, abnormal oil consumption etc.)

l Responsible for related regulations tracking and adaptability analysis

l Responsible for guiding personnel to improve their braking technology

l Responsible for the development and optimization of test validation specification for cooling and lubrication system

l Responsible for solving the chassis comprehensive problems which are related to cooling and lubrication system
