Current Status

Need professional expert to conduct further development of logistics program planning (i.e. supply chain logistics overall planning, consolidated shipment project planning, logistics center operational planning)

Directions:

1. Transportation, storage and on-line distribution logistics planning for new plant

2. Establishment of logistics standardization

3. Establishment of logistics information and automation

4. Standardize and improve the logistics business process of existing plant 

Problems need to be solved:

1. Consolidated transportation overall planing based on company’s current status, establish mid&long term development targets

2. Introduce successful new plant planning case in the industry, support new plant planning scheme optimization

3. Use successful experience to solve the waste link for existing plant, enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costs

4. Realize the logistics process transparent through information construction

Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for the overall planning of company’s supply chain logistics 

2. Consolidated transportation project planning and promotion

3. Logistics center internal operation and management mode planning

4. Research of logistics cost reduction and efficiency improvement, project planning and implement

5. Logistics planning technical staff training

Qualifications：

1. Degree：college degree or above

2. Major：logistics, business administration, vehicle engineering or other relevant majors；

3. Seniority: with over 10 years experience in automotive industry or relevant logistics / consulting company, have strong organizing and coordination ability, age above 40

4. Skills:

A、Necessary skill: Talent training, problem-solving and improvement, teamwork and communication, resource management

B、Post skill: 

①　Solid logistics professional expertise

②　Understand vehicle logistics, with the ability to solve field problems
