Performance Target：

Ø  Establish technology guarantee system, solve vehicle difficult technical problems

Responsibilities：

1. Build a professional and efficient after-sale technical support &  assurance platform, innovate after-sale technical support management mechanism, guide to solve the difficult vehicle technical problems

2. Technical materials & files review and approve, guide technical staff

3. Perfection the system management of technical service module, build talent team

Qualifications：

1. Degree：College or above

2. Major: Marketing, management or other automotive related majors

3. Seniority: With over 10 years vehicle technical management and technical support experience in automotive companies

4. Ability requirements: Proficient in vehicle technology solutions, high degree of customer service awareness and a strong sense of responsibility

5. With Japanese, European or American international OEM working experience
