 Qualifications：

1. Over 40 years old, at least 10 years work experience in transmission related, have at least one transmission product’s development and production experience

2. With rich experience in automatic transmission manufacturing management, able to effectively deal with market problems, suppliers problems, production site problems etc. Able to control the site quality by using SPC tools etc., able to provide improvement and advanced measurement in cleanliness guarantee aspects (trial-production/production process control, detection process control)

3. Familiar with TS16949 related requirements, able to direct to establish product development quality assurance system, guide the development by using APQP, PPAP etc. tools

4. Able to direct and promote the quality problems solving during product development, including components problems, test problems, assembly process problems, vehicle problems etc.

5. Able to proficiently apply and direct the use of quality tools, such as DFMEA, PFMEA, design review, 5 Why/8D etc.

6. With English skills is preferred
