 Performance Targets:

1. Establish the complete failure analysis ability of current products

2. Standardize assessment criteria of casting processing quality for existing product

3. Develop the development route of new material

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for standardizing the technical volume, assessment and acceptance criteria of materials are used in existing products

2. Responsible for the failure analysis and root causes troubleshooting of turbocharger material after test

3. Responsible for new material research and development, support the leading edge projects or cost reduction

4. Support the material design, assessment, fatigue checking etc., especially for turbine side material

5. Responsible for establishing the fast material analysis ability for company’s own turbocharger department
