Problems to be solved:

1.      Improve the ability of mechanical drawing and CAD graphics;

2.      Be able to make decisions and provide solutions immediately after problems appeared in the process of design;

3.      Provide guidance to the new technicians to cultivate technical talents for transmission department.

Responsibilities:

1.      AT design project Chief engineer, responsible for analysis, improvement and standardization of any transmission related problems. Organize the review implementation during product development to make sure development process going on smoothly;

2.      Responsible for the examine and verify of technical documents (i.e. drawings, test specifications, etc.), responsible for build technical standards like design specification and test specification;

3.      Supervise and guide the work of subordinate staff to improve their skills and work efficiently.

Qualifications:

1.      Bachelor’s degree or above, mechanical professional, over 50 years old;

2.      Over 15 years experience in transmission development, be familiar with the working principle and mechanism of transmission, master transmission design knowledge;

3.      Analysis and solve problems with clear thinking and abundance professional knowledge.
