Current status:

Lack of professionals in control strategy analysis & development, and calibration and programming.

Problems to be solved:

1.      Build development system and have the ability of to solve anomaly occurred in development process to ensure the normal operation of the project;

2.      Provide guidance to the new technicians to cultivate technical talents for transmission department.

Responsibilities:

1.      Guide and lead the development of transmission controller strategy, control software, calibration and controller hardware;

2.      Establish process specifications and related standards, build electronic control development system;

3.      Supervise and guide the work of subordinate staff to improve their skills and work efficiently.

Qualifications:

1.      Master’s degree or above, mechanical or automotive electronics related professionals, over 40 years old;

2.      Over 10 years experience in controller software development or hardware development or calibration, participate in automatic transmission development project is preferred;

3.      Skilled in INCA, CANape, C language, Matlab, Simulink, codewarrior, etc. is preferred.
