Current status:

1.      Lack of automatic transmission assembly technicians;

2.      Can not solve problems in a short period when exception occurred.

Problems to be solved:

Be able to solve the occurred anomaly while assembling to make sure the normal operation of assembly, and provide guidance to the new technicians to cultivate technical talents for transmission department.

Responsibilities:

1.      Direct the technique of automatic transmission assembly;

2.      Solve the automatic transmission anomaly problems;

3.      Provide guidance and training for the new staff.

Qualifications:

1.      Bachelor’s degree or above, mechanical or other related professionals;

2.      Over 50 years old, over 15 years experience, be familiar with the automatic transmission assembly process;

3.      Experienced in solving transmission and assembly abnormal problems;

4.      Have the ability to guide other people.
