Senior expert can be promoted to deputy general manager(technology)

Responsibilities:

1.      Responsible for the planning and implementation of new product’s development, such as project set up, design, trial manufacturing, test, and improvement etc. in order to meet the product development goals and customer requirements

2.      Organize and implement the reviews of new product design and development stage, to ensure the development process go with a swing

3.      Responsible for examination and approval of the drawings, specifications, test specifications and other technical documents during design and development process

4.      Responsible for analyzing, solving and standardizing the various technical problems during the new product development process

5.      Responsible for quality problems rectification during the development process of outsourcing parts

6.      Participate in various review, analysis improvement, process perfection etc. within the transmission research institute

7.      Supervise and guide the subordinates’ work, in order to improve their skills and work efficiency

Qualifications:

1.      Bachelor degree or above, major in Automotive engineering, mechanical design or mechanical related professions

2.      Over 15 years work experience in transmission design

3.      Familiar with transmission working principle and mechanism, grasp the transmission design related knowledge and the development trend of relevant products and technology in the industry, grasp the new product development process and promote to implement

4.      Professional Skills: ability to quickly solve technical problems, strong analytical ability, and decision making ability; familiar with UG, CATIA, CAE design software and office software, able to independently accomplish various design analysis and report etc.
