Department: Transmission Test

Responsibilities:

1.      According to company policy objectives, organize and develop technology development route of Test Department, organize and develop annual and monthly technology development plan, ensure to reach the company and department’s policy objectives goal

2.      According to the company development plan to perfect laboratory construction planning, and provide detailed planning on test ability construction

3.      Develop and perfect test process, validation plan and personnel special project promotion plan; promote department’s technology ability and talents construction

4.      According to the product development process, organize to proceed product verification and validation process, solve the problems during product validation process, to ensure that meet product development goals and customer requirements

5.      Enhance the laboratory special technical ability, guide to complete the upgrading and reconstruction of test equipment, approved the scheme, perfect the laboratory ability

6.      Review the test specification and related technical documents, approve and issue the test outline requirements, ensure to achieve product QCT objectives

Qualifications:

1.      Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or related professions

2.      Over 10 years related work experience, at least 5 years test work experience

3.      Familiar with transmission structure and function, to understand transmission industry information, dynamic and development trend, grasp the transmission product design, DOE, specifications engineering etc.

4.      Familiar with personnel management, team building knowledge, grasp TS quality system related knowledge

5.      Able to use CAD, CAE, UG and other office software

6.      Strong communication, organization and coordination abilities
