The company produces the machinery and equipment for large、heavy rubber and plastics. The main products include rubber/plastic mixing lines; rubber/plastic rolling production line; various kinds of rubber/plastic open mill series; rubber extruding machine series; extrusion pressing of inner liner production line; tire tread/sidewall composite extrusion line and rubber conveyor belt rolling production line for producing rubber, nylon, steel cord conveyer belt etc. Mixing large plastic extruding granulation unit, plastic processing and assistant processing and secondary processing equipments with more than 200 varieties and over 400 specifications of products.
Work Location: Dalian City, Liaoning Province, China
Salary Range: RMB 500,000 – 1,500,000 Annually
Position 2：Gear Speed Reduction/Increase Device Design Engineer
l Bachelor degree or above
l Major in mechanical transmission or mechanical relevant subjects
l Over 3 years experience in project design of low-speed, heavy loading gear speed reduction device in the field of mining, shipping, rubber and plastics machinery, metallurgical industry, etc. Speed increase device (for wind power, blowers and compressors), or over 5 years experience in gear box design and development in the well-known domestic or international enterprises.
Position 3: Casting/Foundry Engineer
l Bachelor degree or above
l Casting process and relevant subjects
l Grasp the key technologies of large alloy chilled rolls electrosemlting, more than 8 years working experience in smelting post in world famous foundry enterprise, or has long been engaged in production line for production technology, equipment management etc in aboard casting enterprises, able to identify and resolve the various problems in a timely manner.
Position 4: Rubber Process Engineer
l Bachelor degree or above
l Major in Polymer materials or mechanical relevant subjects
l Over 8 years working experience in rubber technology post in the world’s leading tire enterprises, or has long been engaged in the production line for production technologies and equipment management, able to detect and resolve the various problems in a timely manner.
Position 5: Mechanical design expert for Granulator
l Bachelor degree or above
l Major in Polymer materials processing machinery or mechanical relevant subjects
l Grasp the advanced design technique of mixed smelting extruding granulation units, Over 8 years working experience in design post in the world renowned production enterprises, or has long been engaged in the production line for production technology, quality control, installation and commissioning, able to detect and resolve the various problems in a timely manner.
Position 6: Mechanical design expert for aramid reactive extruder
l Bachelor degree or above
l Major in Polymer materials processing machinery or mechanical relevant subjects
l Grasp the advanced design technique of P-aramid reactive extruder units, Over 8 years working experience in design post in the world renowned production enterprises, or has long been engaged in the production line for production technology, quality control, installation and commissioning, able to detect and resolve the various problems in a timely manner.
Position 7: Mechanical design expert for carbon fiber prepreg production equipment
l Bachelor degree or above
l Major in Polymer materials processing machinery or mechanical relevant subjects
l Grasp the advanced design technology of carbon fiber prepreg production equipment, Over 8 years working experience in design post in the world renowned production enterprises, or has long been engaged in the production line for production technology, quality control, installation and commissioning, able to detect and resolve the various problems in a timely manner.
