Summary:
Responsible for the company’s new product, new technology development, as well as cylinder laboratory research and development project, to guide product process standards and procedures developed, solving major technical problems.
Main Responsibilities：
1: Responsible for new products, new technology development of cylinder, pump, motor valve, and trial production and acceptance of new products.
2: Guide to the company’s major production or technical issues.
3: Responsible for overall quality project design and monitoring and improvement of running quality system, make sure achieve the company’s quality objectives.
4: Responsible for technical improvement, improve product performance, and responsible for directing the experiments.
5: Development of product process standards and product process procedures.
6: Responsible for directing the excavator cylinder R&D projects.
Qualifications:
1: Major in Hydraulic professional, mechanical and electrical engineering.
2: A wealth of experience in R&D, technology and manufacturing of various types of cylinders of construction machinery.
3: With hydraulic expertise
4: Excellent communication skills
