Summary:
Guiding the subsidiary companies of establishing and perfection of production management system, as well as the establishment of Headquarters’ monitoring systems; Guidance to improve existing production management system to enhance productivity, quality and lower the costs.
Main Responsibilities：
1: According to the company’s requirements and targets, responsible for establishing the monitoring system for Headquarters to monitor the efficiency of the production management system of each business unit. (Such as: productivity, production asset utilization, production staff efficiency, material consumption and any special follow-up and monitoring)
2: Responsible for directing all business units to perfect production management systems. (Improvement of production efficiency, quality and cost reduction)
3: Responsible for promoting significant improvement on production management project, including project planning, implementation, follow-up and assessment.
4: Analysis of indicators of production management and monitoring on a regular basis, report to the company leaders about analysis and improvement reports.
5: Training production management personnel (mainly for production management monitoring staff at Headquarters).
Qualifications:
1: Male, age over 45 years
2: Master degree or above in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Production Management etc.
3: Large foreign manufacturing company working background in global construction machinery industry.
4: Expertise of Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Lean Management.
5: Well versed in Lean Production, with experience in production management system design, implementation, monitoring and improving.
6: Ability to lead and train the team, extensive experience of project management, clear work thinking and clear direction to do.
7: With more than 20 years working experience.
