Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical guidance for refrigeration system design
2. Research and Guide on the design of high energy efficient refrigeration system
3. Research and Guide on comfort and reliability of the refrigeration system
4. Research and Guide on high efficient heat exchanger and new refrigerant
5. Track and Research on new technology of household air conditioner refrigeration system
6. Train the company staff in this professional
7. Solidify the results of research during the employment period and converted to the company resources
Qualifications:
1. Senior refrigeration system design experts in famous air conditioner enterprise, more than 15 years experience in design and R&D of air conditioner refrigeration system
2. Understand the current development situation and future development trend of refrigeration technology, able to provide decision support for technology development
3. Have management experience for research projects, able to lead the team to develop the research work for major projects
Title: Structure R&D Expert
Department: Structure Development
Summary: Mainly engaged in transformation research from industrial design to structure design, then to production process; manage the issues such as excessive clearances in the product realization process, and low production efficiency which are caused by structure design; establish and promote the reliability system of product structure development; optimization and analysis of product platforms and integration implementation.
