Responsibilities:
1. The overall responsibility for the management of GLP laboratory before clinic.
2. Responsible for operations of the whole Test & Evaluation Center.
3. Responsible for SOP compilation, modification and confirmation.
4. Responsible for the overall coordination of the project to start, run, track, quality control, report, submit and declare of the whole project.
5. Participation in the center’s management and strategic planning work.
Requirements:
1. Major in Toxicology, Pharmacology, or Medical Science
2. Professor or enterprise technology R&D Director, with experience in overall responsibilities for the management of GLP laboratory, already have considerable achievements in this area and have a certain reputation
3. Familiar with International service outsourcing business and markets, in related professional journals published at least one paper of “Impact Factor above 5”.
4. Strong sense of innovation, insight and strong market awareness, able to grasp domestic and foreign research and development trends in time
5. Have certain management experience, able to organize a research team to meet the needs of new research directions development.
