Responsibilities:
1. Grasp the present situation analysis and development trend of domestic and foreign pharmaceutical preparation and auxiliaries.
2. Carry out pesticide formulation of environmental protection and forms of formulation selection.
3. Research and application of pesticide water emulsion, suspension, micro-emulsion and controlled release formulation.
4. Research and application of pesticide mixture formulation.
5. Organize to declare the significant projects.
Requirements:
1. Major in Chemical and Chemical Engineering related professional
2. Professor or enterprise technology R&D Director
3. With theory and industrialization experience in forms of pesticide formulations processing
4. Grasp the development direction of forms of pesticide formulations; grasp the development processes and methods of new forms of formulation. Has capacity to compile the declaration of national project
5. Strong capacity of cohesion, organization and coordination
