Responsibilities:
1. Grasp the present situation analysis and development trend of domestic and foreign pesticide technology production.
2. Carry out the continuous and automatic study of pesticide technology.
3. Familiar with development processes and production safety assessment of pesticide technology
4. Design synthesis route according to chemical structure.
5. Organize to declare the significant projects.
Requirements:
1. Major in Chemical and Chemical Engineering related Professional
2. Professor or enterprise technology R&D Director
3. Knowledge of Chemical and Chemical Engineering theories and pesticide industrialization experience
4. Grasp the development direction of pesticide technology; familiar with the new varieties of pesticides, has capacity to compile the declaration of national project
5. Strong capacity of cohesion, organization and coordination
