Work Summary: Responsible for overall design of company’s environmental sanitation machinery technology and new multifunctional products’ research and development, make the company’s products reach the international advanced level.
Responsibilities:
1: Organize and prepare the technology development and strategic planning of the environmental sanitation machinery products as a technical leader, and report the implementation progress to the relevant leadership; Responsible for the formation of a technical team, personnel management and coordination.
2: Responsible for introducing the new technology into the company, planning and implementing of product development, ensuring that the products to be multifunctional.
3: Reasonable compile technical document, improve and standardize technics processes and establish the technological standards and work manuals.
4: Focus on the development of world-class products in the industry, lead the staff to analyze and research the technical information professionally.
5: Study on the reliability and refinedness of the products, promote new product process improvement, and optimize product performance and appearance.
6: Innovate the environmental sanitation product models, individual demand combined with a variety of functions on the basis of a new model of mechanical product innovation; technology planning, organizing and implementing of innovation projects; coordination of resources and technical communication in project management.
Qualifications:
1: Bachelor degree or above in Industry design, environmental sanitation machinery, hydraulic, electric control, engineering mechanics and other professionals.
2: Rich working experience of world-class companies in construction machinery industry, environmental sanitation machinery systems design experience or hydraulic system design experience.
3: Wealth knowledge of environmental sanitation machinery products, familiar with road sweeper, washing vehicle, compressed car design and development principles.
4: Technical innovation skills, project planning and organization skills, communication skills, excellent resource integration and project management capabilities.
