Work Summary: Responsible for the company’s engineering technology and design, research and development of terrain crane products, and make the company’s products reach the international advanced level.
Main Responsibilities:
1: Organize and prepare of technology development and strategic planning, also report the implementation of the plan to the leadership.
2: Responsible for introducing new technology, planning and implementing product development, enhancing the performance of the ground product and process improvement.
3: Reasonable compile technical documents; improve and standardize processes; establish the technological standard manuals.
4: Responsible for crane industry market research, focus on the development of world-class products in the industry, lead the relevant personnel to do professional analysis and research on international leading crane technical information.
5: Research on the reliability of the product and the detail control; promote new products process improvement; optimize product performance and appearance.
6: Oriented by the market demand and feasibility, to make technical innovation projects and projects planning, organizing and implementing. Make resource coordination and technical communication in project management, upon completion of the innovation, organize the training for the new technology products.
Qualifications:
1: Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical; hydraulic; electric control; industrial design; engineering mechanics etc.
2: Rich work experience with world-class companies in construction machinery industry, and experience in world-class terrain crane design.
3: Wealth of knowledge of truck cranes, familiar with terrain crane products.
4: Strong abilities of creativity, independently planning, organizing innovative technology and resource integration; good communication skill and project management skill.
